WEMIX PLAY Policy Update

The WEMIX PLAY policies will be amended to reflect the launch of new services and the integration of privacy policies.

Please refer to the details below.

1. Purpose
• The WEMIX PLAY Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and California Privacy Statement will be updated to reflect revisions necessitated by :
- the launch of WEMIX PLAY Webshop and WEMIX PAY, and
- the integration of the California Privacy Statement into the Privacy Policy.

2. Details
[Terms of Service]
• Article 2 : The terms Webshop, WEMIX PAY, and WEMIX PAY Mileage will be added.
• Article 3 : WEMIX PAY service details will be added.

[Privacy Policy]
• The policies will be comprehensively amended to incorporate the California Privacy Statement into the overarching Privacy Policy and to reflect changes necessitated by the launch of the WEMIX PLAY Webshop and WEMIX PAY.

3. Effective Date
• Implementation : December 19, 2024
