Since the launch of the Webshop on December 19, we have identified some issues.

▶ WEMIX PAY Payment Signature Issue on Mobile Devices (iOS)
• Service : Wallet Signature
• Details : The wallet signature prompt does not appear when attempting to make payments via WEMIX PAY on iOS mobile devices.
Please use payments through the WEMIX PLAY web using PC devices until the issue has been rectified.
We are actively working with the relevant team to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
