WEMIX PLAY Policy Update

The WEMIX PLAY Terms of Service will be amended due to service updates.

Please refer to the details below.

1. Purpose
• The WEMIX PLAY Terms of Service will be revised to reflect changes in the GameFi and NFT Marketplace policies, as well as updates to the WEMIX PLAY registration and service termination processes.

2. Details
• Article 2 : The terms Member and WEMIX$ will be removed.
• Article 3 : GameFi service details will be revised.
• Article 3 : NFT Marketplace service details will be added.
• Article 4 : The WEMIX PLAY registration process will be revised.
• Article 6 : Service termination process will be revised.

3. Effective Date
• Implementation : October 31, 2024
