Just finished the latest public build of Multiverse Ballance https://incestgames.net/multiverse-ballance-version/ and I’m mixed but mostly positive. The premise is fun — die from overwork, make a deal with a succubus, then hop universes seducing characters for energy. Naruto world feels the most fleshed out so far, with solid 3D renders and a decent amount of animated scenes. Story is light and choice-driven, which keeps it moving. Sex content is plentiful and varied (corruption, group stuff, different dynamics), though animation quality can be uneven. Still early in development so expect more updates. If you like isekai harem adult games with anime girls, it’s worth a play. Not groundbreaking, but entertaining for a few hours.
