WEMIX PAY Buyback Plan
In the second half of last year, the WEMIX team reaffirmed its long-term commitment to fostering a sustainable ecosystem that aligns with the shared interests of all ecosystem participants. This commitment includes pre-notice of the launch of the WEMIX PAY and the Buyback initiative. Now we are shifting our focus toward establishing a deflationary token economy.
The launch of WEMIX PAY marked a significant first step in this direction. Since then, the WEMIX team has made measurable progress, including expanding utility within the WEMIX PLAY Webshop, integrating NIGHT CROWS and MIR4, issuing PLAY Token, and ongoing growth in its value.
These developments reflect the results of our sustained efforts and growing momentum.
However, the WEMIX Foundation is not content with simply building on past achievements. We remain firmly committed to implementing mechanisms that return value to the ecosystem participants who have supported our progress. Ongoing engagement with our community remains central to our mission, and we aim to repay the trust and support we’ve received by continuing to advance the broader ecosystem.
We firmly believe that sustainable growth reflects our commitment to the community, and we sincerely ask for your continued interest and support for the WEMIX project.
In this context, we are pleased to announce the implementation of the WEMIX PAY Buyback, a key initiative to further strengthen and sustain the WEMIX ecosystem.
[WEMIX Coin Regular Buyback Plan]
1. Volume : 4% to 5% of revenue generated through WEMIX PAY will be allocated for the buyback.
2. Method : Time Weighted Average Price Order
3. Period : Minimum 3 weeks, up to 1 year, commencing within one month of the buyback initiation
As previously announced, the WEMIX PAY Buyback will use 4% to 5% of the previous month’s revenue as the buyback fund. This includes all forms of payment made using WEMIX PAY.
The buyback start date is, in principle, set within the month following the month in which the revenue used to calculate the buyback amount is generated. Nevertheless, based on operational circumstances such as the WEMIX PAY revenue, the start date may be deferred.
Please note that the plan above may be subject to change. Any revisions will be communicated through a separate announcement.
